FR Product 1 Year Warranty
We make every efforts possible in order to ensure quality control, however, should your FR collectibles have defects or missing parts, we offer a limited 1 year warranty to the original owner of all our products (warranty valid from date of manufacture).
If any of your FR products are defective or if you are missing a part in a set you just acquired, please take pictures of the problem and e-mail them here with a brief description and we will get back to you within 48hrs. If the problem can be fixed, we will do everything we can to insure your entire satisfaction. We will send you a return authorization and a form to be included with your return if need be. Please follow the instructions on this form carefully before returning any product to us. We reserve the right to refuse any unsolicited return and any older product no longer in our library.
PLEASE NOTE: Any damaged caused by voluntary changes to dolls or fashions, such has switching heads, re-rooting hair or repainting faces automatically voids this warranty. Only original un-modified products will be accepted for repair.
